What is the return policy?

Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage.
- All products must be returned with the original label (tag) attached and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or have the label removed.
- Items purchased during special offers or sale promotions (if applicable).
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or order error, BUMBAC will fully cover the shipping fees.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
