Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must remain in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached. Whenever possible, we kindly ask that pieces are returned in their original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
— Pieces showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
— Items returned without their original tags
— Pieces purchased during promotional periods or special sale events

Shipping

Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
In the case of a manufacturing issue or order mistake, BUMBAC will fully cover all shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
