Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage.
All products must be returned with the original label (tag) attached and, if possible, in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or have the label removed.
Items purchased during special offers or sale promotions (if applicable).

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In case of a manufacturing defect or order error, BUMBAC will fully cover the shipping fees.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
